Opening Snide Remarks: Well, I got this when I got my Game Boy Printer (see
my review), I really never linked up before, except once about 8 years ago.
Anyway, I was glad to have the option available, whould the time come.

Impressions: This cable allows you to hook up a GBC or GBP (which have 
smaller link ports) to link up with a regular GB. It has one end that can 
link up to a GBC, GBP only, and another which splits to allow a Regular GB or
another GBC, GBP to hook up. It does the link up thing flawlessly, but I have
only one gripe. Remember that side of the cable that only hooks up to a GBC
or GBP? Well, that means that you can't link up two regualr GB's!!! This is
ok unless you have two friends with regular GB's who wanna link up. I 
recently found a crowd to link up with, about 4 of us. We all have Tetris,
but they all had Regular GB's. That means since I'm the only one with a link
cable and a GBC, I'd have to pass my GBC around just so we all could have 
tournaments, even though they all have GB's. This minor gripe will lower the
score.

Liked: Links flawlessly, but...
Hated: You can't hook up two Regular GB's.

Improve: Have TWO Y-splitters. That would truly make this cable "universal".

Final Words: Need a link cable? It's the most flexable one out there.
But it isn't totally "universal".
