Save: Battery Released: 1998 Works with: Gameboy/Gameboy Color **************************************************************************** Opening Snide Remarks: I used to be a GameGear FANATIC! I kinda still am. It started when I was in Kindergarten My parents bought it for me and my brother for our report cards. I was so excited. I bought almost every game... I still have them. I bought them up until last year. That year my brother(for some unknown reason) bought a Gameboy Pocket. I used to mock people with Game Boys. I though.. "Why would you play things in the atomic puke colors." I never used batteries in my Game Gear. I had the AC adapter, car adapter, and battery pack... So I never knew about the battery life. So anyways I saw a commercial for the Game Boy Camera.. I knew that I had to have that. I immmediatly broke the bank and bought it-along with a Super Gameboy for kicks. From here... I bought just about every Game Boy game I could see. I forgot about my Game Gear bought, my brothers Game Boy Pocket.. Now I am addicted to Game Boy! **************************************************************************** Gameplay Descripion: Perfect.. There are so many different options to edit your pictures.. And use them in Game & Watch-esque games... You can stamp your pictures, add quotes, put make animations of them, slideshows, hot spots, infuse your pictures together, mirror lens, panaramic, time lapse, and more! You can transfer your pictures to your friends, frame them! You can almost do anything with this. Liked: Everything! So many options, So little time! Hated: No fisheye lens. **************************************************************************** Graphics Description: The graphics are beutiful, the pictures are clear, and the graphics make me wonder why they don't have ones like that in normal Game Boy games, The graphics are virtually perfect! Liked: The wild frames are wonderful! Hated: Screen can be small for selecting pictures in fusions. **************************************************************************** Sound/Music Description: The audio is flawless. Many different songs and shutter sounds. Making songs with the DJ mode is very complex but rewarding. I'm happy to say that none of the songs are annoying. Liked: Music fits the mood Hated: Dj'ing takes awhile to get used to. **************************************************************************** Play Control/Game Design: Saying that control is perfect is a given. The menus for the most part are well placed. The only complaint is that there isn't an in game tutorial for making animations, and Dj'ing. I like the idea of having the select button bring up more options rather then cramming another menu on the screen. Liked: Controls,no more then 3 menus. Hated: No in game tutorials. **************************************************************************** Improve: They should make an easy way to connect it the the computer. RIYL: Nothing Like it. **************************************************************************** Final Words: A MUST for ANYONE! **************************************************************************** Score Gameplay: ***** Graphics: ***** Sound/Music: **** Play Control/Game Design: **** Personal Opinion: ***** Total: 92 Final Score: 92% **************************************************************************** Currently Known Codes: Requirements for B Album Pictures: b17: Shoot 60 Pics b18: Delete 60 Pics b19: Transfer 15 Pics b20: Receive 5 Pics from Males b21: Receive 5 Pics from Females b22: Print 30 Pics b23: Score 3,000 Points in Space Fever II b24: Score 5,000 Points in Space Fever II b25: Score 7,000 Points in Space Fever II b26: Score 500 Points in Ball b27: Score 700 Points in Ballb28: Score 1,000 Points in Ball b29: Finish Run! Run! Run! in 17 Seconds b30: Finish Run! Run! Run! in 16 Seconds Run! Run! Run! : To get Run! Run! Run! you must play Space Fever II and get a high score of 2,000 points. Some people find Space Fever II hard to play, but if you stay in the middle of your screen and stay still, pressing A as fast as you can, you should be able to play to at least 2,000. Keep practicing. To play Run! Run! Run! Press A and B as fast as you can. Press Up to jump over hurdles. The mole will be your toughest opponent. If you raise the flag after beating the game in First Place, fireworks will go off. Other Tricks: * To flip a stamp, hold A for about two seconds then release. * If you have the Printer, hold feed while turning it on for a test print. It is Mario saying "hello". * To unlock the credits get 22 seconds in Run! Run! Run! * To print out sheet music for your DJ stuff, go to the Sound I screen, push and hold Start then press A. * Holding Up and Down at the Title Screen will make Mario dance faster or slower. This trick also works for Slide Show and the Mouth in "View".
