Opening Snide Remarks:  First off I'm going to say they never released 
the first Sarge's Heroes on the Game Boy Color.  I had no clue what to 
expect from the game, I heard very little about it before buying it.  
But I like the Army Men games that are on Game Boy so far, so I got 
decided to try it.

Gameplay Descripion: Since the Game boy can't handle the 3D engine of 
the N64 Sarge's Heroes this game has a anerial veiw, and you use 
vechiles.  You take to the land, air, and sea to try and defeat the evil tan 
forces.  Each character will play diffrently.  Vikki is the weak and 
fast one, Scorch is your average guy, and Riff is the strong man.  The 
game kinda plays like the normal Army Men games.  Same view, and basic 
control scheme.  The password save is still in this game, but this time it 
uses 8 letters and numbers.  This is better than the icon thing in the 
rest of the Army Men games, but still a battery save would be alot 
easier.
Liked: Similar to Army Men.
Hated: The password save.

Graphics Description: The Graphics are pretty good.  Backgrounds are 
excellent.  The cut scenes are really well done.  But your characters 
vechicles lack detail, they are pretty basic.  Same with some of the enemy 
tanks.

Liked: Nice backgrounds.
Hated: Some units are basic and lack detail.

Sound/Music Description: Not much music in this game.  When you start a 
level, no music.  Just some sound effects.  Very little digital sound 
used, but it has some.  The sound effects are fine, and so is the very 
little music this game has.

Liked: Sound effects fit the game fine.
Hated: Very little music.

Play Control/Game Design: The controls are similar to Army Men.  Up is 
to move forward, left turns left, right turns right.  A and B shot your 
weapons.  There are some slowdown issues in this game, but not too 
many.

Liked: Similar to Army Men.
Hated: Slowdown.

Improve: Multiplayer would of helped, and fix the slowdown.

Final Words: This is a good little game.  Not as good as Army Men or 
Army Men 2, but it's good enough.
