Well, I went and saw Spider-Man 2 again today and came back to realize I didn't upload something. So... here it is... JUNE'S DMG DIVA!!!!!!!!!!! That enough exclamation points for you? Just thought I would pop in mid-day and tell you what is up on a few things! One, the DMG Diva IS coming soon - it's hard to find original drawings of characters for these things. Anyhow, that isn't why I popped up. (New reviews later!) You know that game I linked to in the last entry? It's cool. The drawings of the characters have all been redone from the original Wonderswan version by an artist named Sunaho Tobe. Her website -found here- has a lot of her artwork on it in this section. Please feel free to browse it and enjoy her awesome art style. I hope Riviera gets brought over here. Other games I have seen that were AMAZING have gotten stiffed on coming here for some reason. Riviera deserves to come here. Just like Black Matrix Zero, and Earthbound 1 & 2. Comment? -PAW- June 22nd, 2004 - FORE play. Well, Mario Golf Advance Tour comes out today and you should get it. But before I go off into that dark night. Let me tell you a few things! One, there are TWO NEW REVIEWS in the Reviews section as well as a slight revision of the way it looks. Oh, there's a NEW SECTION of the Library as well. The new section is SWEET. So, check them out! Oh, my God. Look at this game. Bandai better bring it over! Comment? -PAW- June 16th, 2004 - The things we know! There's some news. Very little news; but still news. The first item being that the NES Classic series 1 is LIMITED and the cut-off date for it is around September. Expect to start up the new year with a second round. Speaking of second rounds, the GBA Halo rumor went around the block again; but I think we'll probably see Duke Nukem Forever on GBA before we see Halo. The other thing going around is Atari's French Roasting of Sony that predicts the price point for the PSP at $500. It really boils down to a lose/lose situation here. I could make fun of the French or of Sony. It gets hard to choose a victim; because they are BOTH so easy. So, I will just say this: "Wow. Who are you and what did you do with the Lakers?" Comment? -PAW- June 11th, 2004 - Acronymical Science. Nintendo of Japan patented a bunch of acronyms today. Here they are: DGB, GBD, GBE, GBN, GBY, TGB, WGB, XGB, and EGB. A lot of people think it may have to do with the next Game Boy or at least with the final name of the DS. Maybe it is just me; but I want to see them call it Game Boy Zeta, Game Boy Wing, or Game Boy Seed. Hell, I'll settle for Game Boy Pure or Game Boy Reloaded. That would be funny. Game Boy Reloaded and the Nintendo Game Cube Revolution. Anyhow, BIG E3/A-Kon coverage update. Go get some! Comment? -PAW- June 8th, 2004 - Clawing toward the surface. Warner Bros. has lost the rights to make a Doom movie. Maybe the film will be snatched up by Universal. They would cast some popular male actor as the lead role, then have Kate Beckinsdale be the secondary generic female lead. She would shoot at things while the camera focuses on her butt; all while hoping her career goes somewhere. Then they would have the same people who did that awful Scooby Doo CGI model do the main work on the film. Oh, well. Hey! If you are here because of the A-Kon photos, the first few are already up in the A-Kon/E3 coverage section. Reports will be up soon. Look for them.
