I'm a SURVIVOR. (Site News)
There was ice. Lots and lots of ice. There was no electricity. Lots and lots of no electricity. It was hard. After the loss of Wilson, it seemed like I wouldn't make it; but after many a bloody struggle for nourishment, I have survived. The others? Well, it was just their time. (Please eat at our fine McDonald's establishment. We swear it's really meat.) Since there's power at Philip's house again, you get an update! What's the update? It's a VIRAL SPEAK. Enjoy! -PAW-

Because obsessions never die. (Game Boy News)
Pokémon is set to crash into the Game Boy Advance this Fall in Japan. The newest version will most likely have great graphics; but will also bring the tally of Pokémon to 350 total. Which is interesting, as out of the thousands of people in Japan, that's about how many will buy an XBox. I suppose they need to have a litter box for Lugia? Although, why anyone would buy a huge transparent litter box is beyond me. -PAW-

Actually, you're going blind. (Site News)
Yes, the newsity got a little bigger; but this isn't the remix.. however, part of it has to do with the remix. See the little thing next to the newsity? It says "Site News". Others say "Game Boy News" and you may even see "Snowflake News", "General News", and "Animation News" from time to time. Don't be alarmed, it'll be friendly. Also, the staff will cover different news themselves. It will eventually work out.. quite nicely. BWA HA HA! Also, I'm going to stop pulling comedic punches now. So, you've been warned. -PAW-

Roll me a fat Kirby and I'll be fine. (Game Boy News)
Dubya said: "Let's Roll", so I'm assuming he's saying that America should turn to pot. For those who don't live in a messed up state where it's "legal"; Kirby will soon hook you up with something better. Kirby's Tilt N' Tumble 2 is set for Japan in May of this year. This Game Boy Advance Game may feature a connection to a game that Nintendo has yet to announce for the "other" portable system called "G-c00b" So, where does that leave us over here? Well, considering the amount of time it took the first one to get here, we'll be smoking this one just as we begin getting the munchies for Pokémon 3. It's religious, man! And after all, Kirby is better than weed. Word. -PAW-

Put fun in your pants.. for less. (Game Boy News)
Everyone needs some fun down there.. in their pockets. And now for lower prices, you can put a Game Boy Advance and games down there.. in your pockets. How much lower? How does almost $20 lower sound? Yeah, a drop to a MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) of $79.95. Select games will be cheaper too, so it's a lot easier for you to put a good time down there.. in your pocket. -PAW-

I'm working HBomb to death. (Snowflake news)
Well, this is going to be a first, but I'm writing to  remind everyone that Snowflake Studios updated today (As it does every day) with the following new content.
1. "Ambidextrous Paul and Ivan" by Matt Stefaniuk
2. "B&W's World" (classic) by Philip Wesley
3. "Weak Link" (marathon) by Philip Wesley
Or something on that amount. Anyhow, it's a new marathon and you can feel the pain that HBomb goes through. So, do the poor explosive a favor and check out the fruits of his friction less labor. -PAW-

Because Five is a good number. (Site News)
Unless you're in that one particular movie. Anyhow, it's the review update that show where the heart is! It's an apology I guess. Anyways, FIVE NEW READER REVIEWS! Oh, I picked up Sonic's game. Nice stuff! And guess what! Those five reviews are free, and you don't have to subscribe to anything to see them. It's the latest in internet advances. FREE content. Wow. It's revolutionary.  -PAW-

Odd enough. (Site/Animation News)
Well, Philip what are the tired and the news what are the.. mostly dead. Sonic is out now, everyone go buy it. For those who are wondering, there's another Noir Season coming in 2003 in Japan.. hopefully, that animation will be picked up here sooner or later. The third Read or Die OVA is out in Japan. Also, check out this Dream Cast game.. SNK wouldn't be bankrupt if they instead invested more in animation. I would LOVE to see that in fully animated motion. Columbia Pictures will be distributing the Cowboy Bebop movie: "Knocking on Heaven's Door" and I'm happy for that. We'll see it this Fall. Anyways, there's no news I could dig up on the GBA for now.. other then the fact that both DBZ games aren't fighting.. but Zelda and Pokemon card wannabes. Oh, well. Umm.. peace and better stuff tommorrow! -PAW-

It's okay.... (Site News)
See the that weird growth on the side? It's not the new look yet; but I'm slowly getting there. This will look better as it progresses. However, this is functional for those wondering, I added a release list of what is coming out this month according to stores. -PAW-

Suki Suki! Oh, My my! (Game Boy News)
Actually, that joke is in the next DVD; but anyhow, Philip reviewed the first DVD in the Hand Maid May series. Is it cool? Is it bad? Why not CLICK and see! -PAW-

Swiftly, Sega Silently Ships Superior Stuff. (Site News)
Truly, that takes true tenacity to trust THQ to this task. But, badly begotten buys blantly beget better.. umm.. something or others. Anyhow, Sega has had three games shipped by THQ. Sonic, Puyo Pop, and Columns are all arriving in stores this week. Yum. -PAW-

Today, I was watching Princess Nine on "Samantha" (My portable DVD player) and I was showing it to this lady at the Coffee Shop.. these kids came in and saw the cartoon and thought it was Pokémon at first. However, I quickly explained that it was a dramatic sports series instead. Overall, the kids did seem interested in Princess Nine. Then I thought of something, Pokémon is rather non-aggressive compared to many of the "anime" that are shown on TV. That lack of aggression is interesting; because it may be more important for a young animation viewer to see non-aggression as opposed to aggression. A lot of new animation viewers start out in Asian animation with Akira, Ninja Scroll, or Dragon Ball Z. That's not healthy. They may quickly become the worst kinds of fans, perpetuating the myth that Japanese animation is a step below porn. When in reality, many Japanese animated works are similar to early American and mid-European works as they are genuinely thoughtful. It may be healthier for a child to start with Pokémon and embrace other more benevolent animation such as Unico, Oh My Goddess, and Saint Tail. It may be better for an animation fan to start out with Castle of Cagliostro, or Kiki's Delivery Service than other movies. If we ever want to shake off the stereotype that pervades Japanese animation fans, we need to realise that there is a lot of extremely entertaining, and wholesome animation out there that needs to be supported. It's okay to like aggressive animation; but if it's all you like... then, there is something wrong that needs to be addressed. The emphasis on aggression leads to a very bad image and to the continued success of lack luster product. It may also mean that we will get more lack luster product over here, while superior product is left to the way side to be obscure. Which is truly a shame...

Hell freezes over.(Game Boy News)
In what could be one of the most disturbing partnerships since Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton, Sega, Namco, and Nintendo have developed an arcade motherboard for use in arcades. An arcade motherboard is something used to run video games in an arcade machine. An arcade is a place where primitive mankind gathers to sacrifice people on a special alter to an arcade god known as "Dance Dance Revolution", or DDR as the locales of such things refer to it as. Arcades also feature lesser gods such as "Skee-Ball", and "Pin-Ball": The twin arcade dieties of Divine Roundness. In simple terms, Namco, Nintendo, and Sega got together and made a chipset they call "Triforce" that uses Game Cube technology. The odd thing is that a couple years ago, these companies hated each other bitterly. Now, they form a menage de trois of arcade godliness. Pity the poor arcade going souls! -PAW-
Hbomb: I know a Guinea pig who will swallow those souls.
SorcerorVoid: Hardly anyone will get this but, what the heck. ::SorcerorVoid casts Lifetap on arcade goers::
Philip waits for the confused stares.

This has nothing to do with her. (Game Boy News)
The undead rise once again this June in Japan, as Castlevania: White Night Concerto hits the Game Boy Advance. Yes, this one actually has to do with the Belmont lineage, and will follow the gameplay style of Circle of the Moon. However, this one should be easier to see. In fact, I'll bet your soul on it. Konami loves us and they love souls. No US release date has been announced; but think about how stupid that sounds to mention considering the first games success. Expect to see this one just in time for All Hallow's Eve. -PAW-

Hbomb: Castlevania, phooey. When's Enix bringing the Dragon Warrior series to GBA?
SorcerorVoid: Dragon Warrior phooey I want Golden Sun 2 now! Not now, but right now and if I don't get it now I will send my undead legions after Camelot Software Planning. Then force them to hurry up! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! ::We apologize for the preceding text, those responsible have just been sacked::
Philip: Forget them all.. someone just needs to get my Super Metroid port!

I heard there's a game shark code for Advance Wars that gets you to a secret level. Anyways, from IRC, this is what I heard it is: F81EA499C8DE272D 5E7259C697C500BE and then 73A80DD5B8B6802F. Seeing as my shark unit will never touch Advance Wars, for those who feel like seeing if that's real.. go for it, I guess.
