Life at Digipen!
Well, Chris Glass -our Mobile Edition guy- Is at Digipen right now. So.. umm.. I'll give him a little space here to tell everyone what he thinks of it so far.

M3wThr33: Yay! I made it to Seattle alive! After we made a stop in Sacramento the plane ride was wild. Let's just say I've never seen a plane shake like that except in the movies. NEVER rent a car from Hertz, took over an hour to get the car WE RESERVED WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. But we made it. On Sunday I stopped by the GameStop Etc. (Formerly FuncoLand) The guys there are jerks and refused to pipe in to help parents tell the difference between GameBoy colors and advances. In the time there 1 Adv worm light was returned, some lucky boy wanted a gameboy advance, but his mom bought Return of the Ninja and the $15 original gameboy and some guy returned his Dreamcast in ORIGINAL condition missing ONLY the twisty ties. I bought Friday the 13th for NES and Altered Space for GB. If anyone ever noticed Seattle stuff is much more expensive than California. For the last two days at Digipen I met a lot of the people. Of the ones I talked to, they didn't know of Eskimo Bob or DMG Ice, but that's 5 or 6 people. They have a PlayChoice 10, Dr. Mario, Gauntlet Legends, NFL Blitz and a SNES PlayChoice in the cafeteria, and a PlayChoice10 missing the A button on the second controller in the Galileo room where I go to class. Some guy from NGenres.com is there. Some people brought their GBA's. One guy has an Import Dodgeball so I can play mine with his. He also was the only person with a light amplifier. Another guy had a fold out case with F-Zero, Castlevania, Tony Hawk, SMBAdv, both Zelda:O's and some others. I have my E3-Only GBA Case with 3 import games! In class I made some boring stuff, but am working on a pirate-themed LoLo game to rescue Eskimo Bob. I discovered I now have Internet Access and may post to the BBS during class. Our teacher and many other students talk about nothing but Square games and GT3. Good games, but OTHER ONES EXIST! Like I bought Megaman Extreme today at Fred Meyer's (I can't find the new Zeldas ANYWHERE!) I'll post more in a couple days.

Four for the Road
There isn't any news! Well. Pokémon Crystal shipped; but.. hey! I know! I haven't taken the time to do to upload new reviews.. but.. I'll tell you what.. I'll grab five random people off of AIM annd ask them what they are playing on their Game Boys and why. Okay. The idea is simple.. I nab FOUR random people.. and ask them to name at least two Game Boy games they are playing currently and why. When there is no news.. make some.

First Person - "Techni"
Im playing Pokemon Puzzle league because its more addictive then breathing And Legend of Zelda, Oracle of seasons because Cam wont get off his lazy butt and finish ages and give me his password.

Second Person - "M3wThr33"
 I saw the Pokémon Crystal at Fred Meyer, but is $31.99 worth it for new animations, moves and a girl? NO! Not after both games I filled the pokedex on RESET on me! (Red and Gold)

Third Person - "Quagh the Dragon"
Hmm...right now I am playing Tomb Raider (not Curse of the Sword) and Dragon Warrior 1 and 2. TR cause I want to beat it and Dragon Warrior, its Dragon Warrior what more can one say. Oh you guys with Dreamcasts out there get Outtrigger its worth it. Lastly, Castlevania Chronicles is entirely on the wrong system (PSone) if haven’t seen it already go find screenshots somewhere; it should be on GBA. ^^

Fourth Person - "HBomb"
Lately, the game I was playing the most was the most recent game I recieved through a trade on Switchouse.com- first Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, then Wario Land 2, and most recently, Harvest Moon 2. I was really into Harvest Moon 2 before my trip to Wisconsin, but on the plane trip up, I rediscovered Pokemon Gold. I'm not expecting to get Crystal anytime soon (it's behind Dragon Warrior 3, the two new Zeldas and Harvest Moon 3 (whenever it comes out) on my want list).

Tekken care of business.
Well, Tekken is on the Spaceworld List! Umm. Huzzah! Rejoice! Or whatever. To celebrate.. let me give you tips for Tekken, if it's a fighting game like it's console/arcade breathren.

HOW TO WIN AT TEKKEN!
1. Pick anyone, it doesn't matter.
2. Duck and block.
3. Tap ONE BUTTON REPEATEDLY.
4. YOU WON!
5. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.

I'm sorry.. I like Tekken; but it's *really* simple. I mean, seriously. Looking forward to it though. It'll be interesting to see who wins the upcoming Fighting Games on GBA crown. The contenders are fierce. Here's a list of Fighting games on GBA so far.

And Ballz for Genesis, and a Resident Evil shirt and other nifty stuff! Babbages always has stuff spensive, but they have dirt cheap stuff, too! Daikatana is wayyyyy too much, though. $9.95! Phft! Jeopary 2nd Edition is $15!
Philip: You should see the bargains in the BACK of Babbages! I'll bet you never knew they don't actually fire their employees...

When you sit and watch them for an hour or so.... fish are BEAUTIFUL.

The other day, I dreamt I was being caught by Pokémon! They chased after me and then trapped me in a net. Then I discovered that they weren't Pokémon; but were actually a secret tribe of female Pokémon Cosplayers! They apparently needed me to be their trainer. The rest of this dream isn't fit to print here....

Something.. odd.. or is it an AREA?

WWsomething or other  Betrayal is shipping to stores for GBC from THQ. It's kind of a Double Dragon style game. It's okay. If you like wrestling, you might like it. -PAW-

Chris Glass' trip to DigiPen Update:
Yay! I'm still alive after a week and a half. I got my stuff back from the service center. Barb is REALLY nice there. All my Gameboys and my NES are happy clean and shiny. I dropped off 113 NES games for cleaning and confirmed as the largest ever NES game cleaning drop off in Nintendo History. I went on the NOA tour today. I went 4 years ago and did a lot more, this time we just challenged people to Mario Tennis and shopped at the Nintendo Store. Inside Nintendo's Employee store, you can purchased refurbished N64s for $37.50, new GBA's for $78.13 and the Zelda Oracle's for $23.75! And they are already selling Pink GBA's. Over the weekend, the service center got Mario Kart Super Circuit for the demo in-store GBAs in english. S'Fun! And I found a store selling cheap Linux games!(it's a book store) Oh! Secret news! Wave Race: Blue Storm is on Code Lock August 17th, meaning after that, until release, all tinkering with the game is only for bug fixing, no feature implementing. It's almost done... YAY! Inside Nintendo's demo floor they have perfectly preserved working arcade cabinets of Mario Bros., Donkey Kong, and a Play Choice 10. As you walk to the store there is a little history museum of sorts. At the end, there are two empty display cases. Oddly next to it are an N64 with a GB Color stacked on the top box. Wonder what goes in the empty ones? :-D

Seen those screenshots everyone else has of Tekken Advance yet? Isn't it great looking? We'll have a preview up soon enough. Anyhow, I want to say something. Read THIS. I don't need to tell you what that is. I think it is sad that people do that. I mean, a friend of mine was telling me that he saw a news show accusing the MUSIC in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2  as "inciting kids to violent acts". The reasoning was that because of this, THPS2 is "bad". Oh, new review for THPS2. Hehehe.. Anyhow.. umm.. I think what we need to do is stop blaming games.. and FEEL the POWER of LOVE! I mean, it's more then a feeling. It's stronger and harder then a bad girl's dream. Why hate! Because.. it might just save your life.. yeah.. that's the power of LOVE! Yeah. Site stuff!
Well, here's the deal folks!! I got a DVD player today as an early present and spent most of the day in our CHAT ROOM. Yes, you should go there. I also put up a nifty new review! I am working on some stuff, and I want to let you know about it. You see, if you have been noticing lately..

1. Snowflake Studios has thrived under the very able hands of HBomb, and we will be debuting new comics soon!

2. DMG Ice: Mobile Edition appears to be doing okay, and Mr. Glass -when he isn't searching for Bruce Willis- is doing a little diary of his life at Digipen.

3. The Oddish. I'm actually working on new material and what I want it's new look to be like. When will it debut? Soon. Will it update often? With the new look, I'm aiming at more frequent updates. I would add an article, and it would be updated. It'll be cool.

4. Area DMG. I LOVE Area DMG. I am working on new Desktop designs and a Sixth Circle MP3 update. I hope you enjoy it. It'll be cool and up soon.

5. The Library. Lady Rend is our new Library Lady. We're working on a remix of the Library and will have new content in it soon.

Tag. You're it.
Tekken Advance is NOT 3D in a conventional sense. It's a 3D looking game built on a 2D engine. You can side-step, and the camera zooms in and around the ring. Which makes it as 3D as the Arcade and Console games. Because, after all, Tekken was never 3D. It's said that the game may incorporate the TAG feature of the last Tekken game. The roster so far is expected to include Forest Law, Nina Williams, and a bunch of other fighters from the series. To be honest.. I don't really care about Tekken's characters. But it'll be an interesting fighting game. And I'm looking forward to seeing it. -PAW-

Here's some stuff! I added Game Boy Advanzed to the Mafia! There's a funny, PG-13 rated little movie thing at Newgrounds. It's called Sonic Vs Mario.. worth checking out. Oh, computer slooowing to a crawl. I had to defrag it.. so.. I wasn't able to get stuff up today like I planned.. maybe later. Oh, it's over 600,00 units of Pokémon Crystal sold first week.. not Six Million. Oh, well. -PAW-

Nintendo reveals next Pokémon film
At a press conference in Kyoto, Nintendo has revealed plans for the next Pokémon animated production. "We have reevaluated the current storylines and are working toward a common goal. To make Pokémon appeal just as much to a wider audience as those ****ing Yu Gi Oh cards." Stated Satoshi-san, the creator of Pokémon. "The new series will have an older Ash Ketchum. He is trying to get into Goldenrod University. (Home of Golden Squirtles) He fails miserably -as usual-; but his grandmother calls him to take care of her Pokémon Inn; which has -unbenownst to him- been converted into an all female dormitory. The inhabitants of the dorm have super powers, like the ability to fly, shock people with lightening, float through walls, or transform into Cute Schoolgirl Pokémon captors. I believe this will help increase the popularity of the franchise among teenagers." Satoshi-ko then went on to discuss the next Pokémon movie -entitled "Princess Mononokémon's Castle in the Sky Delivery Service"- and the upcoming adult Pokémon H-Manga "Bondage Clefairies". -ODD-

Response Time!
Game Cube DELAYED! Bad? No. Good. Look at the date. November 18th. That is a Sunday and it is five days before the official start of the Holiday rush. This means that Nintendo can have more consoles on the shelves when it COUNTS. The next Legend of Zelda game is styled like the artwork for the ORIGINAL Legend of Zelda? Look too cute or anime style for you? I think it looks wonderful. It's a full realization of what Miyamoto, THE CREATOR, WANTED. It's not mindless, Gannon May Cry, dribble. It's stylized anti-realism. It's PURE FANTASY. If you can not embrace PURE FANTASY. You can take that XBox and shove it up your ace. Think for a moment. Did you want another Zelda game with Leonardo Dicaprio Link in it? Oh! Nintendo is pushing that GBA/NGC connection! I can't wait to download a Chao to my GBA.. umm.. yeah! -PAW-

I think I should probably start just putting these as weeks. *laughs* Anyhow, I added two new reviews, and it's SPACEWORLD TIME! Animal Forest for GBA, a link between Kirby's last game and the Game Cube (?), and House of the Dead Pinball. Nifty. -PAW-

MK 4 GBA?
Mortal Kombat has a *very* distinct chance of going to GBA sometime in the future! Umm.. yay? Oh, rumours persist of Sonic Adventure 2 on GCube. Wouldn't it be nice to download a Chao to your GBA Sonic game and raise it? Hmm... we may see that! Nintendo and Sega will be selling lots of Sonic related gear at Spaceworld, as well. Hmm.. -PAW-

M3wThr33: Ooh! Sonic undies. Sadly, I have SMB3 ones that I would wear backwards to see the glittery stars, but only back in 1991 or so.

It's 4:40 am here.. I've been up all night. And you know what? I can't blame it on Pruitt. I can blame it on an English Composition Essay, an up-coming contest at another site, (Not to worry. ^_^) a bit of work on reviews for DMG Ice, RPG Fan, and I'm helping a wonderful site out with an upcoming special. I also was looking over whether to use a script on The Oddish, or move it to a new server. Anyhow, I'm tired. I'll e-mail my teacher this essay and she better like it or Foy will be sad.. it's a seven page observation essay. When I shoot, I shoot to kill. News? TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES... Avanced. OH HELL YEAH! I was also busy making a n new SQUIRREL comic. And I finished up this Sunday's Weak Link. It looks damn good and will ONLY BE at Snowflake Studios.-PAW-

Well! New reader review from Foxlord and it's for Mario Kart Super Circuit! Oh! If I didn't mention before.. look for Planet of the Apes, AND a Jackie Chan Adventures video game for GBA in December. Okaaay! Speaking of stuff like that. The Matrix. It's an XBox console exclusive.. but not for long. Besides, the Game Boy Advance counts as a "handheld" in those contracts. So.. well.. The Matrix 2.. Square pictures is helping with something related to that. I couldn't get a clear idea of the news feed, so I can't say more then that. Love and Peace! -PAW-

I have a slight headache tonight.. working on some projects, so busy. Well, I did however, put up a new reader review! Notable for the fact that it is the THIRTEENTH review for Mario Golf that we have. Wow. Mario Golf if the most reviewed game. I would say that it was GROUNDBREAKING. A True Sports RPG. News today? Well, IGN seems to have frozen, there's another Final Fantasy anime series coming in Japan, Kevin Smith (Silent Bob) put out this wonderfully told story for the New York Times that I think is endearing and worth your time to read, Game Boy Advance developers can now do so on Linux (Finally!), Luna Blaze is going to own, Yu Gi Oh is going to ruin parents this Christmas, XBox is still lame, and this is still funny (It makes me wonder if any of those Powerball winners live near me. Oh, and for those wondering on my take.. I am saddened that it was that one girl in the plane and not any and/or all of N*Sync. My evil plans to kill off celebrities via planes has failed to destroy them yet again. Curse you Timberlake! Curse you and your puny, testosterone deficient man friends! -PAW-

Spaceworld impressions.
Sure, I we all saw some nice games; but I didn't see what I wanted to see. I mean, Zelda on Game Cube, Metroid, Soul Calibur 2, Phantasy Star Online, etc. Those are all nice; but where's my Survival Kids Advance? Well? Where was Game Boy Music? Where was Pokémon Advance? Where was Sega Smash Pack? It may sound crazy, but I was disappointed in Space World this year. Where was Broken Sword? Where was Streets of Rage? Where was Golden Axe? Seriously! Oh, well. E3 2002 should be cool. -PAW-
M3wThr33: Looks like all the hype was placed on only TWO Gamecube games. They had BETTER be worth it! GBA got screwed. Can I say screwed?

M3wThr33: I saw a Red Bull car today. It was a New Beetle painted in the metallic silver and red with a GIANT can of Red Bull on the trunk at an angle. I laughed at them.
