Songboy customers to have access to EMusic's rich catalog of MP3 music

Palo Alto, CA -- August 14 -- Songboy.com Inc., a developer of multimedia player plug-in modules for pocket entertainment systems, has entered into a co-marketing partnership with EMusic.com (Nasdaq: EMUS), the Internet's leading seller of downloadable music.  Under terms of the agreement, the two companies will provide SongBoy customers with access to a selection of EMusic's rich catalog of 125,000 MP3 songs -- pre-bundled with each SongBoy product sold.

The SongPro is positioned to retail for $80.00.
