View the RAW E3/A-Kon dump. - Relish our sexy E3/A-Kon reports! - View QUICK Stats! June 10th, 2004 Weirdest errors ever. I was unable to have A-Kon reports from the show because of the hotels internet access terminals blocking both SSL and Socket 23 based transmissions. I was unable to send e-mails, ftp, send via IM, or even telnet items to people. Even in passive mode it wouldn't let me. However, the payout for you is pretty sweet. You get it all in great chunks of goodness. Then we came back and there was a weird security error and my server (Mercury) was being evil. If you saw that error, it was just Mercury stating that she was there. Nothing bad happened to the site. But it blocked me from being able to send e-mails or update. Now I can finally do more than check my e-mail! Which is kind of bad. Because I hate getting e-mail and NOT being able to respond to it. Check the refined reports and the first bits of pictures! The RAW E3/A-Kon dump is home to many pictures of SQUISHY and people who cosplay. The reports are there nicely too! I got Adam's E3 report up in a semi-timely manner as well as some of the panel reports. More to come! Peace! -PAW- May 31st, 2004 A few changes to the Report format here! Mainly because I still have to cover A-KON 15! Well, I'm doing the A-KON stuff slightly different to try something out. If it works like I hope it will, we will see some slight changes to our E3 coverage in 2005. I call it Micro Columns. Just short bits so I get stuff done quicker. I have a tendancy to ramble and that causes delays. So, I'm filling these out and setting them up before hand. So it will make it easy to do. Now there is a chance that I may not have internet connection at the show. If that happens, than all reports will be up on the Monday I return. I added stats at the bottom of the page for -what will most likely be boosted by DDR- step numbers. Woo! The next big Philip Rational is up! -PAW- May 17th, 2004 Wrap-ups for E3 may take until the 20th; because of compiling reports. O_O So, this will stay up for a loooong time. Anyhows, there is one new report up. This one covers a lot of GBA games, Booth Hostesses, and some praise of Reggie. Expect more later today! Oh, the next ones up will chronicle my journeys into the handhelds. DS hands-on impressions, PSP hands-on impressions, Gizmondo hands on impressions, why everyone needs to GO BUY A FREAKING TAPWAVE ZODIAC, the part where I got a massage at IGNs booth (We're friends), and what happened when the NGage announcer guy at Nokia's booth pulled me out of the tiny crowd and on stage to talk about NGage. LOVE THEM! -PAW- May 10th, 2004 Feeling Koei. Well, DS game #2 has been announced. We now have Telegames Ultimate Compilation thingie, and a version of Koei's Dynasty Warriors. So, we have a taste for puzzles and historical tactics huh? It appears that the Nintendo DS is a refined beastie. Woo! Full list should be online someitme tommorrow after Nintendo's sexy conference. -PAW- A brief reflection on an eternal subject. The Opening Prayer is up in the Reports page. Please take a few moments of silence before you read it. -PAW- May 9th, 2004 First REPORT up! Adam contributes a pre-E3 report! And there are two new pics in the RAW dump. Go and see them! -PAW- WELCOME TO E3! Well, almost! But this is what we are doing this year for E3. Adam and Matt depart on the 10th and arrive FIRST. Than Philip and Squishy arrive later on the 10th. Then Chris arrives on the 11th. We invade Nintendo's press conference on the 11th and continue to cover the show from the 12th to the 14th. Then the 15th arrives with some after show thoughts. Normal mode for the site begins again on the 17th. Only three things exist this year. Because of the nature of the internet connection, there may or may not be an update to this section on the late part of the 10th. Here is a quick rundown of the features of this section! RAW E3 DUMP: Pictures get dumped here first and then moved to Reports after we have caught up with them or found a use for them. After May, this section should be EMPTY. Also look for screenshots of games in here for a limited time as well. E3 Reports: Game thoughts and general observations. Look for this section to be updated a whole freaking lot. Like.. everyday. Quick Stats: Basically, I am monitoring how many steps our four agents in the field take. Mainly for curiosity; but also because the Patriot Act says I have to. Ashcroft asked me to co-operate or they would give me the "treatment." The government feeds the information to Blue Virii and prevents the Blue Virii from destroying us all. Please enjoy! -PAW-
